Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga classes provide a safe and supportive environment to prepare women for birth and motherhood. Yoga postures are modified to accommodate the changing needs of mothers’ bodies.

These classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 8 spots available. This allows for a more personalized experience for each student, and for mamas to connect with each other on a more intimate level — forming friendships that last!

Class sessions are currently on hold while I enjoy my maternity leave. If you would like more information on how to practice yoga safely during your pregnancy, or if you are interested in private or semi-private sessions, please contact me.

 

 

Natalie has been teaching vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga for over 3 years. She is a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, and a trained Doula. Her passion for empowering mamas to take control of their health, love their bodies and own their birth space can be felt in every class she leads.
