This Prenatal Yoga series is geared toward people in any stage/trimester of pregnancy.
Join Natalie for an all-levels, spring prenatal yoga series. No yoga experience necessary! These classes weave in movement, active meditation and pranayama (breathing) to help you feel strong and comfortable throughout pregnancy, while also providing you with valuable tools that can be used during Labour and Birth.

$20 drop in (cash only)
Comfortable clothes (layers recommended), yoga mat and water bottle.
