Free Trial Terms
Customers may only use a promotional free trial once. After the free trial period, customers will be required to subscribe to a membership package.
Returns And Refund Policy (Memberships)
Viewing video and audio material on the site requires broadband access.
Full refunds for membership, download and gift certificate purchases can be provided only within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be made after 30 days of subscription or gift certificate purchases.
If any portion of this agreement between Natalie Edward and you is held to be invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Successors and Assigns
This agreement between Natalie Edward and you is binding on you and your heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives.
This agreement between Natalie Edward and you is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. You attorn irrevocable and unconditionally to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario in respect of any action or proceeding commenced in respect of this Agreement.
